Don't you somehow miss your P910i?I read earlier that you already miss the multi-jog dial.

The menues are a bit slow but still acceptable in a non branded one. I heard that some branding slows down the browsing to impossibly slow speeds. In my opinion the keyboard is its main disadvantage - althou slowly (very slowly) I begin to get the hang of it. On the other hand it has advantages too been small like that. One thing for sure - next phone will be bigger. Hey Brix did you manage to set up the back-ground sync ? Mine works like a dream. Every time my cell comes within a few meters of my pc or laptop they sync. (unless within the 15minutes preprogrammed time span to save battery. It does sync all the devices between themself too as I go to work and move around my house.

@jmash: Yes mfowethu, I miss the jogdial big time... I'm getting used to the N70's small keys and it's UI.@mario: I'm not thinking of flashing it to it's generic firmware as my only irritation on switching it on was the Voda menus...Synching was quite seamless, I'm doing it through USB coz I lost my dongle. I even set up my gmail account as my default email which was impossible on all my SE's.

@ Brix: A few more days,if not weeks, you'll be used to the feel and use of your N70 just like you were used to UIQ.Just hang in there. The UIQ syndrome will be gone before you know it.Sorry I forgot to congratulate you and Mario on your new found friends(N70)!

Eish, it's another 30+ degrees day here in the Queen's capital; global warming seems to be taking its fair share of the blame for all this.
Humidity levels are also high; not quite Durban but it doesn't feel too far off the mark at the moment...

The SE M600 is now available at independent UK dealers, but I'm still gonna hang on for that elusive P990i...

Hi guys,

Long time since I posted. Miss you guys a lot. Quick question, for anyone that can help.

Is the w810 on vodacom, vodafone branded or does it come with the standard SE software?

I'm looking on the voda website but they don't mention anything.

Thanks. Hope everyone is well.

@Siosal: My guess is that it's not branded although the shortcuts would probably lead you to Vodafone Live.

@786KBR: Where did that "nokia sucks" comment come from?
Last time I checked they didn't brand Walkman phones as heavily as the other phones that's why I say it most probably will be the links directing you to their mobile portal.
