the phone its self is complete except for the back cover and as far as im aware it works i am unable to test it due to no battery that fits

it uses the standard battery connector which a lot of ericsson phones uses... you don't really need to have a battery which fits to get it going... if you have a variable power supply you can always connect the phone to it and power it on to know which connector is + and which is -, just compare it with a battery, like the one in the picture above. it's the same...

how long do you think the battery needs to be?
i've got a prototype battery here, looks like a BSL series, but diffirent.
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA

the closest battery i can find find that will fit is from the T66 as its nice and small i have tryed turing it on using this but nothing dont know if its dead or just the wrong voltage if you look at the pic the batt connector is off center to the left what type batt do you have any chance of a pic?

I see. Damn,there must be a way to turn it on. How old ist it? Guess a kind of r320 or 2618 fw could it have.
