finally got my phone back after a month, ear piece working. My slider does not wobble in the slightest now, whereas before it wobbled just a tad. Not worth it for a months wait though

Hi everyone, i am now on my 3rd c905...and just when i thought i had a perfect one, another problem arises!!

It’s really strange, but every time i go into the location menu and go to status after about 4 seconds the screen just goes blank, and the phone re-set’s itself, so obviously it’s impossible for me to get any lock on satellites, as soon as it begins searching this happens!

Anyone else had this?

yea i plan on doing that when i get home, will it definatly sort it then?

this is my 3rd one, had problems with the stiff buttons, and the loose slider, and the earpiece, this one seems solid and decent, thats why i dont want to take it back and get it changed just for a software error, as i believe i've been lucky getting this solid one!

Flashing hasnt helped! Any other ideas? It hardly ever will lock onto gps when it doesnt reset as well! Really dont wanna take this phone back to the shop as hardware wise think ive finally found a good one, this is my 4th one, although with so many problems i think the c905 is becoming a disgrace

I had my first problem with mine after 9 days. My alarm went off this morning and then i pressed turn off as normal but then I could not switch the phone back on. Had to take the battery out and reinsert, then it turned back on.

hi there

no not using any programmes, just going on "check status" where it shows all the satellites used, all the other c905's i had locked on almost straight away, but this one is pretty much useless.

First problem I had was that the phone wouldn't turn on automatically when I set the alarm. This almost made me late for work one day.

Second problem was that the left direction button didn't work properly.

Now, for some reason the screen doesn't show when the slider is closed.

The build of this phone is incredibly poor.

@iqmaster158

I got mine on Orange and decided to rebrand it. Paid about £8 using DaVinci Team software. Worked a treat and the phone is so much better now. No problems with drivers for me.
