Thanks
"This update focuses on improving the general performance, speed and responsiveness of Xperia X10. For example, there are speed improvements in messaging tasks and camera UI. In addition we add a free back up and restore application so you’ll never lose your settings and information."
Where is the backup and restore application located and what does it actually backup?

Apparently the new update allows you to change the colour of timescape. Nice touch.

None of my USB cables fit the X10 other than the assigned USB cable for the X10. |

It would be nice if the theme extended throughout the rest of the UI.
But hey, mustn't grumble.

They have to be microUSB. Check out specs on gsmarena. X10 uses v2.0 microUSB. I am able to use a Nokia charger like I said and also some other USB i found in the house. Don't remember with what I got it. But Nexus one had a weird flatter microUSB and that didn't even fit in X10 or Nokia N97mini. So, looks like there are quite a few different microUSBs there.

The backup app is located in the main application menu. It will back up call list, sms, mms, settings, downloaded applications, phonebook... and store it on memorycard. |
