I'm still wondering about the possibility to set reccurrent appointments in K700... hopefully SEM will implement such function.
What about the T6xx? does at least the type "anniversary" remind you every year?

Does the k700 has 32 mb free or just 14mb. Many of the web sites including mobile review, showed only 14mb available in the k700?? |

When The t610 was about to launch, mobile review had said that the pre defined items would take up to 500-600kb and we would get only 1.5 mb approx. Which was clearly not the case. After the predefined items we got approx around 2.2mb.
The k700 case should be similar! |

It's a shame. I really miss this function in my T610. Strange that it isn't available on newer phones, my R520 has it, and I used it a lot. Convenient when putting in your friends' birthdays.

The t68m also had this feature, unfortunately in the upgrade to T68i, this was lost. |

Ummm.. I'm not too bothered whether the K700 has an annual reminder function or not.
All you people here seem interested in the latest technology, and if you are anything like me, you change your phones at least once a year anyway.
For those of you planning on keeping a K700 more than 2 years, then go ahead and moan about it, but I dont think there will be many!

@ukchalky: You're right when it comes to annually recurring meetings. But I for example have meetings that take place at least once a week e.g., so it would be helpful if K700 could handle this (although I will use it only until S700i comes out )

Yay, i've just finished reading this whole discussion on wap in 1 day.
I'm really pleased se are adding a fm radio i think this is more useful than mp3s. Is it true blokia are dropping this from their phones?
Regarding the calendar, i don't use the one on my t610 cos you can't enter whole day events.

Regarding the issue of 12 / 14Mb of available free space, has it ever occured to any of u that this could be due to the bloated up Z1010 firmware that was shoved into the prototype K700s Surely the z1010 firmware is like ... woot... 2~3 times more bigger than the actual K700 firmware ? I mean, come on, have u seen the pics with the debuging menu and all ? I'm sure all this will be cleaned out by the time it has reached the final stage right ? Its like when u are in the midst of programing and havent had the time to clean up yet ... Oh yeah, "waterset" units have begun showing up here in Malaysia... My guess is these are incomplete or prototypes.... and they will most prolly charge an arm and a leg for it .
Watersets = sets that do NOT have warranty by
