I've seen the official press shot of the Xperia 1 III (the hi-res one) and oh my god 😍
And from what I've seen, it looks like the bottom bezel is way too big for today's standards.
Expect some great news in the camera, audio, display, and gaming departments.

The bottom bezel is probably as big as the top bezel of the XZ2(?)
I dunno, I edited the press shot and adjusted the exposure and so on, it looks like the bottom bezel is very, very thick.
Colours: probably black and purple only, but let's see

if the xperia 1iii is the same size as 1ii either the screen or the body i don't think the bottom bezel will be that big. unless they remove all of the top bezels.

XZ2 bezel is over 10mm thick like on original X10 so it can't be that big. So bezels are asymmetrical like on Xperia 1 but turned upside down?
Edit: you probably haven't seen something right, bottom bezel is about the same as on 1II

Hmm, not sure if it's real, but on mi4canada.com they show the 1 iii in stock, but can't add to cart. from their spec, dimensions are 161.1 x 67.3 x 8.4 mm.
But they dont give specific camera spec but they say quad. |

@glyptho wow how great a smartphone with a 6.5 inch screen is only 6.78 cm wide, while the Xperia 10ii which has a 6.0 inch screen has a width of 6.8 cm |
