It will take some time till the first update airs. About 2 more months I think. I'm already looking forward to it because of FL3.
On a side note I couldn't find any major bugs so far but it could also be due to the short time I've had it (a week). |

If you think it has bugs, you donīt know what bugs are
I am only saying this because i was a P990 early adopter back in the day, and that were REAL bugs and issues that made you cry for an update

back again
So Sony Ericsson release updates that you can upload onto your phone to improve performance? (if yes, do they charge?)
or
You've gotta buy another g900 with the updates?
I gotta admit, its slower than my old N70 sometimes, especially when you open messaging (unless its in the task manager thingy)
But the browser is good, why i bought it |

Of course they release updates for their phones, so do other cell phone manufactures. You can update via your own PC so it's free of any charge.
It would be just ridiculous if we had to buy the same phone again for a better performance and maybe one or two new features. |

few bugs here they are
1. when i connect my phone to my bluetooth headset
i have been using my bluetooth headset with my w960i and i had no problem with it. the bug is on the phone it says its connected to my bluetooth but when i get a call it doesn't answer on my bluetooth. i have to answer it from the phone. after the first call when i get on my phone, then the phone works fine with the bluetooth. i don't know why its weird.
2. somtimes my keypad lights is always on and it doesn't turn off so i have to restart the phone.
3. signal wise its terriable. i had the w960i it had always 4-5 bars. but with g900 i have 2-3 almost half. i don't know why.
4. i love this phone even with the bugs lol
has anyone noticed any of the bugs that i have? |

zaidiano. Reception is worse (g700) not much but still.Comparing to nokia 6290 and se k550i. Sars have nothing to do with reception just heating. Sar is easyiest to messure.I do think SE have something to learn from nokia on a few points.( The heart off the device). |

gsmarena in its preview stated that g900 record QVGA (320x240) 30 fps
quote: "...The G900 video recorder however is not upgraded and it still maxes out at 30 fps at QVGA resolution, which just passes acceptable by our standards..."
