Mark - Have just installed XP as a partition on my PC & the modem aint werkin on that either! Is it possible that my ISP doesn't let ano other modems apart form theirs work on the network?

I really can't see that at all.... There is no way of knowing what modem you are dialing in from.
I really can't think what else it could be.

I take it the one that you are using at the moment is working okay?, I really has to be something wrong with the modem or ADSL network.
I know no UK DSL companys block you from using another DSL modem. Are you in the UK?, Because I don't know what the T's and C's are for outside the UK!!

Mark: Nope, Am in UAE. The website I ordered it off said that the ISP here supports it. Yes my existing modem is working fine but it just doesn't support XP which is pretty shite...
