@brix25 Thanx for ur welcome.
Well it will be a while for Orange to provide that since it just took over from Vista Cellular Network last year.
Our biggest provider is Mascom and i've been trying to talk to them but it seems they need some expertise on the area of wap. So i suggested them to like work hand in hand with eXactmobile since they have a partnership in getting logos and ringtones there, but to that one they said nothing.
Looks like down here when u have the most advanced phone the least you will use it. It's really a bore!! |

@Hahir Ally & Rapid Blue,
Since both of u seem to be in the loop, maybe one of you can give me a (fairly) straight answer...
I have spoken to both Vodacom & Sony Ericsson, and have recieved conflicting answers as to when the V800 will be available in SA.
Sony Ericsson said maybe May/June, with the Z800 a little behind that.
Vodacom said that the V800 is currently with the Vodacom Test Centre to check compatiblity on the Vodacom network, and will 'HOPEFULLY' be available end March / early April.
So which is it?
Thanks
