Yours says 2.4? Mine says 2.3.4
Nice update, I don't have a 3D TV so I can't vouch for the 3D panorama shots yet...
I don't know if I like the iPhone-style folders or not... I think I'd like the option to just keep it a folder and not have the icons of the apps inside show.
**Update I don't like the new shut-down screen animation! I LOVED the original one!!! Anyone know if there's an option to switch it back? Yes, I know this is a stupid complaint and has nothing to do with the over-all update (which is cool so far)... I just found the original one nicer.**

This might be helpful to you - http://www.flickr.com/groups/anaglyph/discuss/72157626090827548/ . You can convert the output MPO files into a Anaglyph JPG images and watch them everywhere using normal red/blue glasses. I suggest you to use the free "StereoPhoto Maker" software - http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stphmkr/index.html . You can use free online converters as well, like this one - http://donatstudios.com/MPO-to-JPEG-Stereo . Otherwise you need 3D TV with Liquid crystal shutter glasses.

anyway, i also dont like the shut down animation.  PLEASE bring back the old shutdown screen animation |

3D Steriod works too, but I wanted a 3D TV to check out how good the colors are. The red-blue thing doesn't do it for me, and I'm not really into the novelty of it just to see it in 3D. I'll probably bug some guy in the Sony shop to demo the 3D TV hahahaha

I downloaded this app for my arc called screen off and lock, which gives you options for really cool different annimations including the 2.3.3 crt effect. I couldn't figure out how to set it to override the current one though, so give it a go and if it works please tell me how!

Ughhhh PC Companion says there's an update for my phone but every time I try to download it, it says the servers are too busy or something. -____- |

It`s not stupid at all - it`s the small things like these that make us been in love with some gadgets.
I also don`t like iphone style folders but adore CRT shut down animation... and cause I really don`t need 3D panorama I think I may not update to 2.3.4 even though I still don`t have update case of my slow operator.
Maybe because of battery usage I`ll update when it`s released but I`ll be missing these things too. |

Nope. Not yet. Last I heard it was only coming to Nordic until the end of the year but I read that other kits have since been released. Not had time to check mine due to work.

i have cheated and got 2.3.4 via flashtool and wotanserver, they got firmware 4.0.2.A.0.42 . tried from both but some apps are missing now but they have added mcafee antivirus (like am really gonna install that)
