Its clear but with not as much bass as the Walkman models. The w595 had alot of bass. If you buy a better pair of Sony Ericsson headphones you wont go far wrong. It is clear but will provide more bass with other headphones. Enjoy.

Firmware updated to 1212-2395 R1FA035 090723 at chennai service centre. Also replaced discolored Silver D pad free of cost. Found updated facebook google map w latitude and new walk mate app added. Hope camera problem will be resolved during night. Not tested yet. My previous firmware R1FA032. One query to forum ? Is 090723 here date of firmware release. Thanks |

Is that date on the inside under your battery or on your firmware version? Reason i ask is there is a date underneath the battery which is when the actual phone was made. If its showing on screen with the firmware then yes its when firmware was released. Its same with Nokia.

don't be surprised but camera bugs are not fixed and this update doesn't bring anything new or any major fixes...other than one or two apps which you probably won't be using often anyway  hopefully with the next update (if there's going to be another one) they'll fix what really needs to be fixed and not just release another update just for the sake of releasing it... |

Only the flash themes already in the phone will work. To get others to work you need something like an A2 uploader or something like that.

I noticed new firmware was out 20th August. If anyone has updated let us know of any changes. I wonder if the reception issues are fixed cos its so poor.
