Need some help.
Is there a way to check the number of smses i've sent and the call duration i've made on the G900? I can't seem to find that option. My previous K750i i was able to view all these under the settings, time and cost. Anyone know if G900 is able to do that? |

Call duration: Main menu > Calls > more > Total call info
I don't know about the messages though.

Cool, thanks. At least i got the call part settled. Now i need to figure out the message part. I believe its supposed to be Main menu_> Message> More> Get & send. But it doesn't show anything. These helps me limit my usuage of my phone with my mobile plan. |

OK, I figured out how to fix my previous problem.
But now I have another question,
I don't want to add the album cover to my MP3s
I want to add the artist's photo instead of the album's cover
I put different photos for each track of the album
But some albums have various artists,
So when I transfered the tracks to the mobile,
The media player showed only one artist's photo for all album tracks.
Anyone can help ?? |

Important Question!
I'm no Mobile Phone expert, but someone on another forum raised the point that the G900's SAR rating (something to do with microwaves) is dangeriously close to the 1.6 limit, at 1.47.
Can anyone translate that into simple english? I really like this phone but don't feel like having my brains fried everytime I make a phone call.
If this is true it will be really disappointing...I've bought the phone already but i don't want some borderline safety hazard, so if this is the case I'll return it.
thanks in advance for answers! |

think that may be Paris mate!

Superb mate, totally agree! Its annoying seeing the small print at the bottom of the screen that says 'images shown are simulated.' |

AFAIK, you have to put one image for each folder, and each folder has an album
If you use SE media manager, or SE Disk2phone, this will be easier

@haha,
I wouldn't worry, the higher the sars the better reception the phone has. As yet their is still no scientific proof mobiles cause damage to you. But even if they did, it's like smoking would you stop? Every phone is under he same risk and I would of said it is below the limit in your values anyway. |

SAR levels as stated above aren't really a risky factor, all you gotta do is take the necessary precautions when making a call and where you place a call on your phone. When calling, its better off to put it on handsfree so radiation is reduced from emitting onto your skin, also make calls on good signal locations. Also so close to regions of skin when calling which may increase risk. If you follow these procedures, the SAR levels surely won't be a factor in frying your brain

Been reading this nice forum for some time and what a nice forum it is. Time for my first post:
Bought my G900 a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it. There is a couple of things that annoys me though. One big thing (for me) is that I hear this high pitch tone from the phone whenever I'm holding it near my ear. Is this normal or should I ask for a new phone?
Cheers

Hi!
Iīm surpriced that nobody has complained about the difference in performance in the video @ SEīs G900 page, and the actual phones performance!?
Now I know it doesnīt promise that the video shows exactly what you get but this is really ridiculos.
In the video itīs really fast when "throwing" pics sideways and they roll on as in IPhone.
The truth is nowere near this.
Well!!! What about that! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_ff7li0fkk
