hello all;

I'm a k750i user for apprx. 5 months (which I'm very very satisfied). I've used a 6630 for a year before. now what I want is a gadget for internet browsing. over wifi and gsm-edge. I've torn between s60 and pocket pc, in terms of internet browsing. reading tons of reviews between pocket pc and s60. I chosed s60 browser (comparison was on basis of internet browsing)now with wifi and s60. I have n80 and e70 for selection for the sake of controversy, I opt for n80. I've read several reviews and user comments which are somewhat a mixed bag. Several users claiming the best handset forever and with the latest firmware on board, lots of them saying the device isn't usable at all. now I know s60 is a capable os and n80 is a capable gem. my question for you, is the capabilities of n80 regarding to internet browsing both over gsm-edge and wifi is good? should I use it as a web browser, or look for pocket pc. (at least with better battery) note: I would be probably buying a seperate battery also.

Just a couple of quick questions about the N73, i've read the whole thread and can't find what i'm looking:

Is there anyway i can make the wallpapers fill the screen?
Is there anyway i can make contact pictures appear bigger when the person rings?
Whats the blue flashing light for in the light sensor?

Thanks in advance!

I just noticed, when choosing the alarm tones, only the preinstalled ones show up and not the MP3s i have on the memory card. Any idea how to have a custom alarm tone?

@QVGA

I assume you mean on your N71 as on the N73 and now N93 i have various alarms all set with MP3's from my memory card. So i would imagine it's the same, all my music shows after the installed alarm sounds.

But i cant copy MP3's into the phone as it only has 2MB space and thats the max i can get out of it.
Also, in the tones list, only 2 out of all my MP3's show. Is there a different folder u have to put them in to show in the ringtones folder.

Simply put the MP3's into the "sound clips" folder on the memory card...

Hi all,
Yesterday I downloaded and installed the Nokia Podcasting app and must say it is very good and would say it is easy to setup and download both audio and video podcast. So far i have downloaded The Ricky Gervais Podcast's and the quality is excellent plus they really are funny. The range of Podcasts available is growing all the time and there is plenty to choose from with a good search engine incorporated to find what you are looking for.
