Matt, i think you love your job and the people there, very much.  Its always that bonding with your first job plus with your first love.

You're right, especially when you are expecting something and it keeps denying, making your day worst. 
But i think this is the testing time. Test of our patience, our capability and what we are made up of. But keeping the faith alive everyday is not an easy task specially after you know that 'Now it wont happen today, again wait for tomorrow.' It leads to ultimate disappointment and frustration.
I try to keep smiling and try to be positive every morning.

I started the day with coffee and coffee and more coffee, seven in total. This afternoon I had two glasses of lemonade, blueberry. Dinner came with water and two cups of espresso afterwards. Now I have another glass of lemonade, raspberry. I'll have one more later.

What a busy day ive had I need my bed but im extremely happy that Apple replaced my iPhone outta of
Good will (My friends kid dropped it in my plant pot and it got compost in the headphones bit)
don't turn your back for 5mins when kids are around

Yeah the Genius guy tryed to sort myphone and said outta good will im gunna give you
a replacement I guess its cos I was a woman 2 other people blokes had water damage
on there phone and something lse wrong apple were basically saying go to ur insurance dudes
I assumed myphone would take over from my old phones warranty but on the details the
warranty is now active till late july next year so im contemplating about buying the applecare
cos I can get a new phone xmas next year
iPhones rarley go wrong tbh my other one had stupid issues and every update fixed it
but anyway defo impressed with apple !!!!

Just got back from Scotland. It rained  Miss UK am not being funny but Apple replaced your phone cos you are a woman?? And the other two blokes did not?? So Apple are sexist now?? For goodness sake I really don't think your of this planet. No company would replace something cos your a woman. They'd replace under terms. As for iPhone's rarely going wrong I beg to differ. Forums videos all over the net shows nothing but constant issues especially with the 4S. Not having a go at you I just think you talk out your backside sometimes

Well then I have news for you (from my own experience) : sometimes these things do work out better, when you're a woman (and not too ugly ), not because companies or people are sexist, but because guys are guys and it's the most natural thing in the world, when a bloke wants to help a lady in distress . Maybe you wouldn't, but then maybe you're not a gentleman .
Of course I know, companies have their terms, but judgement is upto the guy in the store, when he's willing to help, the customer's chances are a lot better.
