Yeah  i got interested cos most of my family have started running, my brother in law is running the half marathon next month so I thought Ive gotta get involved, got an app called cardiotrainer that lets me set distance goals and tracks me via gps
Gonna get some sleep now though, getting up at 9 for another run, hope you are well tranced

Fair enough. At least is something healthy. There are plenty of apps out there. I have purchased Endomondo and Runkeeper. Not used them quite well though.
Today I'm feeling tired. I wish I'll be better tomorrow.

Matt running?? Are you sweating out all that alcohol?? Don't run too much on pavements apparently running on pavements can have long term affects on knees and ankles. I started running when I was 18 and got to the other side of the road at 40  Nice newt Hans

Newts and Salamanders are 2 separate species although both are part of the same group. Majority of Newts are toxic and one type can secrete enough to kill a human. Only if ingested or absorbed so wash your hands if you do handle any 
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose  |
