I just updated 2 phones today. The first was bought on O2 and was on R3L and the second was unbranded and was on R3B. I updated both, one after the other. The O2 one got R3M and the other one got R3K.
Is there any reason why one gets one and one gets the other? Also is there any difference? I was a little concerned as I updated and then when I tried to send a file via bluetooth, the phone rebooted twice. Seems okay now, but it hadn't rebooted or crashed until today |

Could be because of slight changes in the firmware versions on each phone or it could be the fact that the update service STILL does not function correctly and I have abandoned all hope of SE fixing it as they have taken it offline 4 times and each time have failed to rectify the problems it causes! |

Maybe the CDA dictates which version SEUS uses to update.

@Killhippie
Your phone rebooting has nothing to do with the software. Well, as far as what SE says. Go over to the s700i rebooting thread and read about it. SE knows that there is a problem with the phone. It has been out there for about 3 months now, and they say they are working on it.

Went to use Totalserver today and when I loaded it said the version had expired and to download a new version which I did. When I loaded it I put in an old login detail which had no credits left and hit download area and it said "You don't have enough credits to perform this operation!". I have always been able to check if there was any new firmware available with out having a credit available. This is so cheekie of them!!!
Why have they done this????
Regards
