What's Your Spiritual Type?
You scored 41, on a scale of 25 to 100. Here's how to interpret your score:
40 - 49
Active Spiritual Seeker – Spiritual but turned off by organized religion
It was a little tricky as some of the questions seemed quite loaded.

you know the Arabic race is a very emotional one.
We share our emotions and how we feel alot.
About the statement "it's not the title it's the book that matters'
Of course it's the book that matters, but we need to give it a label thats honoured dont we?
When i said that the word Quraan could be considered Holy, it wasn't in regards to the word itself, but what the word represented specifically, namely the book of Islam.
(is that better to understand what I mean?)
We can't just say, ' the book' when it has a name.
Anyway, just to stray for a while (here's a question, if you stray away from a topic, then stray away from that new topic back to the original topic, is it still straying?)
Back on track.
Note of the day.
Anal sex is prohibited in Islam.
Is it prohibited in any other religion?

But it DOESN'T have a name; it's merely called "recitation" as it's the written recitations of Mohammad (pbuh), given to him by God through the arch-angel Gabriel.

@absin
Once again our results are similar:
40 - 49
Active Spiritual Seeker Spiritual but turned off by organized religion
@amnesia
I am presuming you mean in the context of homosexuality ...
If so then Taoism has nothing to say against it, love is love whether it is between a man and a woman or a man and a man or a woman and a woman. Sexual intercourse is a natural way of expressing love for Taoists.
If you mean anal sex in general then the answer would still be the same.

'What Kind of Christian Are You?' I rather thought that this might be a spot of fun for the non-Chrsitians here. Take the test here.

yes it's a definition that is widely known as a name.
Does that sound good to you?
When someone asks me what book my religion follows I say the Quraan and so do millions around the world.
We dont say " we follow a book with no name, just a definition that is used to represent the book however it has no Holy attribute even though it's related to the Holy book"
*sighs*
I'm tired of arguing, thats my view on that, and it's the view of millions.
I'm not going to change for this specific opinion but I am subject to change for others.
I'd like to see Peter's opinion since he's usually the same as me.
------
anyway, i did that test I scored a 72
70 - 79
Questioning Believer You have doubts about the particulars but not the Big Stuff
now that is true about me, in my opinion.
Some religious leaders say, you should not question God and simply follow him as a slave in this world.
But i disagree, I believe that God made us creatures that naturally question such existance.
So if I were to try and prove God doesn't exist, my path would result in finding that he does exist.
I also believe that there were some exaggerations regarding some stories about the history of the religion, but I dont think that they are untrue in occurance.
Do you think the same way as me Peter? Or do you think that we should not question God?

I don;t actually think you are ansin's points are all that far apart really. I don;t think he is saying that you shouldn't call the Holy Book you read the Quoraan, but just that, in a technical sense it isn't necessarily a holy word.
I personally don't see much contradiction there.
@all
Here is my Chrsitian test score:
60 - 149
You are a Bishop Spong Christian (a.k.a. "Biblical Revisionist").
The highest is 400, so I supposes I'm not very Christian.

You are a George Bush Sr. Christian (a.k.a. "Right-Leaning Traditionalist").

That puts it clearly, thanks.
The Qur'an, as a book, is holy and should be treated with respect. The label is just a word and, like many Arabic words, can be transliterated in to English in quite a few ways. I think the revelation given to Mohammad (pbuh) is what is sacred, not how the label is spelled. I don't think Koran is less than Qur'an. I don't have strong views on it.

My Muslim test reults:
0 - 15
Secular Muslim.
You are a secular Muslim.
You are a cultural or secular Muslim. You might identify yourself with the Muslim community, but like Kareem Abdul Jabbar, you have no problems with beer commercials. Islam provides you with more of a social setting or community than a set of religious beliefs. You may live by many of the basic principles of Islam, but you do not necessarily choose to attribute them to Islam. You are probably not too comfortable with many of the social restrictions often associated with Muslim organizations or societies.

31 - 45
Progressive Muslim
You are a progressive Muslim.
You are a devout believer in God, and Islam is your direct path to Him. You understand Islam mainly through your intellect. You probably interpret Islam historically and might believe that ijtihad should be reopened. You have probably gone through years of questioning to come to the understanding of Islam that you have now. You might receive criticism for what are perceived as your open views.
i got 39
I was surprised by a few questions.
Our weddings in the gulf have singing and dancing although some leaders say it's wrong like music is evil (those are extreme leaders)
I never heard of the clapping thing because Clapping is important musically.
We clap iin a rythmic pattern to make a beat in some songs.
If you hear it you'll be amazed.
