@yiz19, alam mo nag tatlong isip ako dahil sa post ni dan47 about globe's new plans, so i wrote a formal letter to smart and sent it to someone who won't ignore such complaint. they're still responsive, just within 24 hours, naayos na. that is customer service to me  |
