Eh ? so its not cheaper at all !!
I just cant get my head round people calling the phone cheap, or that the phone is of lower build quality than rivals like the HTC One, when really thats not the case at all. Its not even a valid reason.
Its like me saying my old Nokia N8 is better built than my Galaxy S3 because its made of aluminium. But to be honest that's not the case. My girlfriend dropped my first N8 within a week of getting it and the screen suddenly filled up with dust between the glass and LCD. The headphone jack stopped working (due to the fall or not im not sure) also.
Ive dropped my S3 more times this past couple of months than ive dropped most other phones and its survived every time. Yet people say the (cheap) S4 is even more well made.
I would only refer to using the word cheap when talking about its price.

Okay guys, I ran more benchmarks on my I9500 Octa, going to include the AnTuTu, Quadrant, and Linpack ones I did a few pages ago and then under that the new ones which are GLBenchmark, Geekbench, Sunspider and Epic Citadel. The GS4 Octa pretty much owns the Z and Htc One in all of them, and disproves claims made by some Sony fans here in this thread :
AnTuTu: 27999
Quadrant: 13011
Linpack: 714
and now the new benchmarks:
GLBenchmark: 43FPS
Geekbench: 3587
Sunspider: 641ms
Epic Citadel: 59.9FPS
You may go ahead and compare these to the:
Xperia Z benchmarks:

HTC One benchmarks:

Can't wait to see what the upcoming Note 3 does to the 2nd Half competition.

They give an nice idea of how well the phones software and hardware are optimized for each other, I often ran benchmarks when I tried different ROMs on my S2 and Xperia X10, the worst ROMs generally did poorly in benchmarks and would simply not take full advantage of the hardware. They aren't for everyone, but some of us prefer to know exactly what's going on and how it compares to the competition.

Excellent Rikken! Seems we were fed utter shit by the Samsung haters here, they spewed a whole lot of cock&bull and didn't like it when we questioned it, seems we were right all along.
By the way, did you notice to the option in Display Settings Menu to make the S4's screen more sensetive so that it can be used with gloves? Sweet option for those in cold countries and those of us going into winter loving all these little touches and attention to detail Samsung paid in this phone.
Bono
Wow! now that's something! Samsung did an excellent job with their JB updates.

Tsepz_GP I noticed that sensitive setting but turned it off since I found the screen a little too sensitive when typing on the keyboard, but a very nice thing to have when winter arrives. There are so many cool features on this phone, the Smart scrolling works flawless when I am browsing so does the hand gesture function. Camera features and quality is better than the S 3 and Note 2, really appreciating the new sensors on board as well. Impressive of Sammy to pack so much technology into a of phone this size

That option using gloves Nokia does on three Lumia phones and can be turned on or off. Nokia did it first Yes the JB updates even on my budget Ace 2 is very good

Etaab before I got a iPhone I had a HTC and at the time
The GS2 was out, when I decided which phone I wanted to
Own I had a good play with both sadly the GS2 didn't meet
My requirements and I felt HTC build quality of far more quality
I've played with a GS3 a few times in store although Samsung
Still use plastic as a favourite material I still come to a conclusion
That remains the same

This was bound to happen I'm afraid, I don't even understand why these phone makers make 16GB phones still, it should start from 32GB, then 64GB and then 128GB. I'm so glad I got the 32GB, it has 23GB useable mem, that's a whole lot for my apps and games, while I keep my media in my 32GB MicroSD.
