Right now i am using

Cam Driver: Raider Cam Driver 6.2.2, i tried Raider cam driver 6.3.1 and 6.3 and its finally working

Acoustics: im using Blacklizards HD Acoustics and Farfield, this is better than original acoustics for c901,

@raider

Is it possible to have settings for both ISO and Gain in the same driver?

What is CIF?

Traditional ISO control 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, custom WB, AEB with 1 click, manual settings for all types of sharpness and supermode given back to video mode (instead of all this zoom stuff on all but EV +2) are on my wish list, along with improved video recording. Fingers crossed this is possible

ISO and Gain are the same. ISO is just a standarized method to describe Gain - ISO instead of [dB].

TTT
Maybe Jomateixa and Pohuman can answer. I was using WQVGA but now I'm back to QVGA because I just can't stand annoying menu flickering. I don't expect anything better in CIF.

I have an Idea for Enhanced Mode.
Make one that fixes the ISO and SS when neccesary to make the fastest SS availble. I noticed it's hard to make good water falls pitures when the SS is to slow but making it faster often makes the picture to dark.

This is where aperture settings come in handy on digital cameras, you can freeze water very effectively with the flash or disable flash and increase shutter speed and increase gain to make the photo brighter

@raider

Possible to have AE lock in video mode?

Could someone sum up what are the features of this camdriver, and how could I upload it to the phone? If a firmware update will be released after an eventual update which camdriver will be on the phone?

I suppose that this driver will fix my auto-focusing problem with the manual focusing feature, but is that possible that with this driver auto-focusing will be fine too? I would like to take some spontaneuos pictures too, when manual focusing isn't that practical, so I would need precise auto-focusing too.
Is the EV correction (which cannot be set to a lighter value in darker environments) fixed too?

The result of my problem with auto-focusing is that I use nearly never the camera of the phone, in spite of I bought for it.

For some reason, I am also experiencing problems with the auto-focus, but only rarely and in low light conditions and its not affecting me that much.
The features are:
Lots of White Balance settings
Contrast (4 settings)
Saturation (60 steps)
Manual focus (60 steps)
EV lock and exposuer compensation
Hybrid EM (ISO 100 and shutter speed to 1/2 second (if needed)
Shutter speed (1/6400 to 1 second)
Gain (100 to 1000)
Other saturation setting from the Aino
Two types of colorization
Effects +
Selective color source
Selective color destination
All the default settings present in default camera driver

Upload it by following this tutorial

is that possible that with this driver auto-focusing will be fine too?

You should try, but i would say no because I still experience some issues with auto-focus in macro mode

Is the EV correction (which cannot be set to a lighter value in darker environments) fixed too?

No, but it's not really a problem now because we have shutter speeds of up to 1 second

The driver is good for spontaneous photos because quality has been improved in auto mode, are your focusing problems so bad that the camera doesn't focus properly even in automatic?

Thanks!

And what about video-recording? At a party for example just wiht the light and EV +2.0 is possible to get usable videos.

And yes, the focusing is really bad! I'm waching again and again the photos taken with the R1EA033 prg1225-4901_APAC_FI 00.00 last summer had really good quality. Now I'm using R1GA028 prg1212-2029_GENERIC_FI 00.00 (I need this language pack because of the T9), but only for very distant objects or with sports mode is working usable the auto-focus.
I don't know what can I do. I've tried reflashing with SEUS, but I didn't managed. I'll try to reflash it with R1GA028, and still writing e-mails for SE, and hoping that an update will appear ever.
I could post some pictures, but it wouldn't have much sense.
I'm just wondering that others can make really excellent photos with C901 -like me too last summer.

I want to love this phone and it's camera but this time I don't use it nearly at all. I take thought for buying a new one too, but the hardware of mine it's OK, and is I buy a new one, I should upload this language pack again, then probably my problem would reappear.
I don't understand that some of us have no problem with auto-focus with the same firmware.

The best you can do is put night mode on and use the video light and using EV 2.0

About the focusing issue; if it's not a hardware problem, you have 2 other options:
Manually flash your firmware to R1EA033 with A2 Uploader
Use a camera driver that has fast manual focus when camera is launched

I don't know if the problem is related to the sorftware version, or the language pack (prg1212-2029_GENERIC_FI 00.00), as many C901 users have R1GA028 and prg1212-2029_GENERIC_FI 00.00 without any problem.
Is with R1EA033 available the Central-Europe language pack?
If the lens is moving, and with sports mode is working almost normal, and in many cases you can see when it goes through the right focus point, the hardware should be OK, don't?
