And a mauve sky again... really Plank, you need to get your computer fixed if it shows these colours as being correct
I can imagine that SonyLover shown below is actually our very own Mr Plankton |

maybe little of topic, but it have some real fact because N82 and N95 have the same type of screens,(only different is the resolution)..
another proof how crispy k850 screen is....

Maybe it's just that the K850 display's brightness has been cranked up higher? I owned an E61i a couple of months ago and recall that the default brightness setting was quite low, but still sufficient for outdoor use here in Oman, one of the hottest and sunniest countries in the world...

You should fix your monitor's colour settings.
Sky is blue, sign is red-magenta (because of the reflection and the inner light output). |

@plankgatan
Why do insist on showing us pictures of a Nokia screen that is very obviously not set up correctly to try and prove you K850 screen is better?
As all it proves is the K850 screen is brighter than a Nokia set at about 50% just how many times do you need to be told this before this very simple fact manages to sink in.
All my 16 million colours N Series screens set at 100% are at least twice as bright as the stupid pictures you keep on showing us for the sanity of us all get over it already. As you seem to be seriously obsessed with trying to convince us of things that quite simply aren't true. Those of us that own these devices and set up the light sensor correctly are only to aware of what it looks like and it is nothing like the pictures you keep on showing us.
It really isn't healthy you know as you are becoming a obsessive in your quest to bend the truth.

On the technical data, Sony Ericsson have announced "16 million colors," everyone would believe ... It is ridiculous that race figures to the highest ...
What counts is the record ... The screens of the Sony Ericsson W910i, K850i, K660i, Z750i, W890i for example, with screens in 262000 colors are more beautiful, fine, that brilliant displays of LG, Samsung and Nokia announced at "16 million colors" on a report that technical / visual means nothing.
To return to the subject: I had an N95 and it is not really getting better for it's camera. I can compare, because I had the N95 and now I have the K850i.
Under certain conditions the N95 can be better, in the other the K850i.
Many people know that the SE 3.2 and 5mp have made closer to a real camera (in terms of color mostly) nokia are more contrasting pictures with more saturated colors, it does not mean they are more sharp, it does not mean they are made bad pictures.
The N95 is a cool smartphone, the K850i is a cool phone, but none is perfect, One is better than the other in certain areas and vice versa.

im actaully surprised to this mediocre N95 pictures...im used to see much sharper, more contrast-saturated pics from N95.......
 cameras have a more real saturated on the colors ..(isnt that the whole point with photographing..to capture the reality on a object...he he)
