We have the n71 (demo) in store at premier store cpw in manchester. can't say i'm that impressed with it.

the n71 isnt that bad, but on some way it was weird to have aclamshall symbian, maybe its me, that i didnt got used to it

i do miss in the latest symbians the 6680 keypad and joypad solution, it was really good made quality. n70 was really disappopinted

Yes, i've also never seen anyone with a N71.
I guess the reason is that there are some design flaws with it, first the click sounds when opening the flip, although they are there for a reason, it wasnt needed. And the screen scratching from the keypad which can be solved by using a protector.
But its also the cheapest phone with 2.4'' QVGA screen and 3rd edition symbian. |

i do liked that click sound, cos it reflects quality, next to it the display had 2 positions, both fixed

yes it can i've got a nokia n73 and you can use any mp3 sound you want as a alarm signal.

Thanks a lot. I might get this over the holidays to replace my K800i... still thinking about it.
One thing that really bothers me is, the camera colors ... is it true that the colors are a bit saturated compared to other 3.2mpx phones? |

N73 offers u way more possibilities then k8, simply of the fact cos its a symbian

well i dont think they are....but then again everyone has their different opinion but it is one of the best nokia phones i've liked in a very long while, i also have the samsung D900 and have to say the camera quality of that compared to the n73 is terrible! the n73 walks all over it for quality on photo's taken

Nokia cams are very good, i just missed the af in their 2mp cams
