@all: here's my reason for not supportin the 3rd term campaign in short. that we r being influenced by the g8 economically, we must also allow to be influenced politically. policy-wise and otherwise. |

@mikk: the eclipse is on the 28 or 29th, i forget
@all: g8 has nothin to do with 3rd term. whether a monkey or an ape is in power, they only have to wave a banana to make him dance. having a limitation of time on the big chair is to ensure dev't in the country by havin fresh minds makin decisions. the pres has done little this term 2 make me want him 2 stay. few governors performed any better .
any other opinions? PNF SAY NO TO 3RD TERM:-)

@blackgig: just downloaded mine a few mins ago. the v116 link at the top of the screen is the one you should click. i made the mistake of clicking the other options myself. but u'll never enjoy the 90 rotation till u do it on a s700i! once the pad is swung at 90 degrees too it looks like a Federation Tricorder! (why are y'all lookin at me funny? an i the only trekkie here?)
no more polls on 3rd term? have only a few responses.

There's nothing happening at my end (Omole estate). There's no movement(just like environmental sanitation day) except some few private vehicles and I'm still yet to see any census official. |

Same here, no movements, no census officials, no light
On the third term bid of the present dispensation, I say no! Even if it were necessary to amend the constitution for a third term, it should not begin with an incumbent. It smacks of one trying to entrench himself in power. The legislature just isn't doing its job.
Isn't it strange that all those who oppose the third term agenda get to be picked up either by EFCC or SSS? Just like the Abacha time eh?
On the Bluepulse application, Abu you can add me (ambyzown) as a bluepulse user buddie, so u can see how it functions.
@Mamba, u can alter the refresh rate under preferences, but the maximum is once every minute.

@Ambyzown: caught a friend yday eve but i'll put you up just to run down ur batteries. thanks.
@all: thot with no work 4 all (accept Abuja people) this thread would shoot up. is everyone doing thier laundry? this whole census is a farce. the real conspiracy theory is govt officials want us to stay indoors while they move looted cash by the tipper-full out of thier underground safes, unseen. (laughs anyone? not that kind of crowd i guess.)

@abu U seem to have changed these past few months... More subversive... :p
@all Karu Census update: They are carrying out house marking today. The real thing is 2moro. It should have been done yesterday but for lack of materials. Meanwhile Citizen number one was counted this morning. Saw it on TV.

@coola: more subversive? seems u 4got my battle cry 2 bring down MTN some months back! the problem with naija is that we lack subversivness. back in the 80's, if a civil servant at any rank suddenly buys a car or builds a house, the village elders would sit him down 4 a query. now if a commissioner isnt sprayin $$ @ parties & building mansions in the sky, village elders would sit him down 4 a query!
jokes apart, what do u think abt 3rd term?
