My friend just bought her T310 at your branch and after 10 days key pad (5) is defective. Bakit ang tagal nyo gawin?????? 5 days pa???? To think na bago pa lang iyon??????

before i had a phone for replacement and asked me to surrender it first even though they don't have a replacement unit yet because they say they have to return it to SE phils. i don't know if it applies to accessories though.
