@nizam im ready to share but my prob is i dont have one btw do you ppl really think you need a free gprs trick when gprs rates in india are already cheap.

Yes. Forget about Free GPRS. I never enjoyed it. Was very slow.
There are many cheap alternatives which work better than MO.
For example, I'm having BSNL CDMA Wireless. Speed is 128kbps, cost is 300pm(unlimited). For MO, it costs 600pm here in Karnataka and its very slow when compared to mine. |

Is that the service you get from tarang? Are there any call charges along with it?

i m glad to meet u all here after a long while... and i too dont want this thread to be dead.. recently i visited a mobile n computers exhibition here in my city n i was told by an airtel representative that airtel is workin on to provide wireless broadband with speeds of 2 MBbs in all metros... He told me it shud be available very soon. Lets hope atleast that happens.. take care frens.. |

I have hardly ever used airtel's gprs service on the pc. Now i'm in some remote area of trichur and i'm using tata indicom (**not vsnl**) and the only broadband here is bsnl.
@nizam bsnl already has 2 mbps on cdma. It's called evdo. It's not officially launched, but there's a guy from some remote nook of ernakulam who's got it. check out his site:
