Downloaded an awesome app today: Explore4U. The P910's built-in file manager is garbage so I searched for a better one.
What is really cool about Explore4U is it's interface which is almost a carbon copy of the one found Windows XP. If you've got any of the P's definitely check out this app.

Hey buddy :-) unfortunately I/we are away for the weekend. I'll be back on moday. Is your dash really marked 300+ kmh ? (motor bikes and rally comes to my mind) my/our dash is marked 280 althou strait line speed tops out at around 130knots . Did you know that a aeroplane unlike a car/bike the heavier it is the slower will fly at at a given altitude (because of a higher wing load it will use more power to maintain altitude ? A car will take longer to reach the top speed but it will always be the same (flat road must be accordingly/obviously longer - the slightly higher wellbearing load has such little influence - it can be discounted in practice).

@ da brixsta,
My other brother-in-law is back in Cape Town (They have been working and living in Canada for the past 7 years).
His Motorola is locked to the Canadian 'Fido' network. Do you know any independent cellphone shops around the Waterfront or wherever, where he can get it unlocked?

@ da brixsta,
That was the same question I asked, after I had also mentioned how cheap basic PAYG phones are in SA now. I even mentioned gsmarena's site to check on which ama-cheap-cheap phones are tri-band.
I get a vague answer from him, along the lines that it's wasting more money etc. I respond with unlocking etc will be invalidating his beloved Moto's warranty etc., but at least I can now say I kinda tried to find out about unlocking Moto's in CT.
He can do the rest now; it doesn't take 5 minutes to drive to the nearsest cellphone shop in Melkbosstrand where they're staying.

370km/h i wish!!! That's the combined top speeds on the Conquest and Etude hehehe. If the Toyota travels at anything over 120km/h she'll have a seizure for sure, and the Mazda is capable of touching 200km/h. The missus will make up for the remaining 50km/h by kicking my butt for driving that fast lol.

@Mario, jeepers boet, there seem to be new buildings popping up everywhere in J-Bay! The parking situation seems to be the same as always, but the parking attendants are on the ball from what i could see... Even though the place was jampacked they managed to find a parking slot for me wherever i happened to be going. Nice going there boet

Wanqa, your swaer shouldn't stress too much. A mate up in Jhb has a similar problem, in that his 3G Moto which he had on a UK contract defies all attempts at unlocking it. Told him to buy a cheapie for the time being, they're going for next-to-nothing these days.

And finally, Da Brixsta, how's the lektrik situasie looking bro? I don't wanna pitch up in C.Town in a coupla weeks to discover i should've packed 3spare batteries

A shock defeat in the English Premiership between 2 clubs owned by 2 super-rich business entrepeneurs: Mohammed Al-Fayed's Fulham defeat Abramovich's Chelski 1-0.

@ brad,
Even if there's no family around at the moment to share the occasion, even if you're kinda down with flu or whatever, try make the most of what's left of the day... 'carpe diem', boet!
