@lazzy,
I got my replacement t610 too at Semicon Main last thursday because of flickiring screen, but my replacement unit still has the same problem. Planning to go there again on wednesday to have my unit replacement again.
Btw, manufacture date of my unit was 03w24.
@bokayo,

It seems it is important to check the phone first before bringing it out of the store, however just a few concerns:
in order to check it, you will need to charge the battery. but isnt the initial charge supposed to be for a couple of hours? if you plug it temporarily to try the unit wont it affect the battery? |

Re: Flickering...
I noticed that flickering is normal while the unit is being charged. It seems to pulsate a little indicating that there is power coming in. It becomes obvious because of the T610's briliant colors. Flickering is considered a problem when it continues after the external power is disconnected. (give it a few seconds to stop after disconnection). |

@korbin, yes & no... there is no technical difference between the T68m and T68i... they have the same functions, features, and run on the same software.
There IS a physical difference however. One of the chips on the T68i is smaller than the T68m. This chip performs the same functions however, is doesn't do anything better or faster than the chip found on the T68m.
This is more of a manufacturing difference when the merger happened. It improved defect ratio since the chips were made by a different compnay now.
This chip also allows SE to tell the difference between the original T68m and the newer T68i.
Featurewise... no difference at all. |

Yup. Pero as per Ms.Gie of Semicon Main, normal DAW ang flickiring screen sa t610 as per Sony Ericsson Philippines.
