wow u got the t610... i was just contemplating to change my samsung v200 t the t610 coz the guy at the shop gave me an offer to exchange it one to one with the T610 but i decided against it. Coz I already have the t68i which can do everything the T610 can offer plsu my v200 has a nicer screen and better ringtones and better camera... so heck, i'll just wait for a better phone to come out.... not much drastic changes in the t610 to merit a change of my t68i...hehehe
so how have u been??? WHere u studying now??

Can anyone help me, I can't seem to get my email to work on my T610. I get "server not found" when trying to send and receive. I'm using Maxis, trying to connect to my softhome.net email. Here are my settings:
Connect Using : Maxis GPRS (use this or create new data account?)
Protocol : POP3
Inc. server : mail.softhome.net
Inc. port : 110
Mailbox : ****
Password : ****
Outgoing server : mail.softhome.net
Outgoing port : 25 (although softhome's site says use 25000)
For Connect Using, I tried to set up a separate data account like SE-Fans suggested but dont know which to choose GSM/GPRRS data and what to put in their respective settings. |

using the same account is fine...
just replace "Inc. server" and "Outgoing server" wif 66.54.152.7

Need help about the new setting for DiGi MMS . Anyone know how to solve it, cause i followed the new DiGiMMS configuration and it fails to send and receive MMS . |

hyperken : Need more details for the problem. What's the error message? Does the globe indicating GPRS turns up during sending? You have to point your MMS to use a MMS Wap Profile and then point MMS Wap Profile to use MMS Data Account.

Have you called DiGi and ask them to activate the MMS service for your account?
Also, remember that the free MMS DiGi is offering is only free MMS charges, the GPRS or CSD charges still apply.

What???? I really duno tht international SMS now costs 50 cents on maxis? !!
I can't seem to get my P800 to send or receive MMS. Worst, I can't get it to run GPRS as well, even though I have asked DiGi to send me the settings.
Everthing is fine when using maxis.
Can anyone help?

Refer to the DiGi MMS website, it is sufficient enough to configure your MMS. Select the your SE phone model and configuration for ALL. Make sure your Auto Setup in your Message is turn on. |

Argh digi gprs damn slow la. Now i cant surf by using pc. Maxis is fast but it suck my money fast also!
