nitro, i use the camera on the P1 lots of times (and upload photos to flicker via shozu), its not the best, but its very decent...and AFAIK, the green tint thing its not noticeable on the last fw, at least on mine

Something is very wrong with those pics, either the person doesnt know how to take proper pics or that is a defective n82. As for the g900, its a proto is it not? Protos usually have their cameras tweaked before release. |

i do hope there will be a function to turn off touchscreen during calls. i keep activating menus during calls with my k850 coz the buttons are too sensitive
...or maybe i just have a fat face |

If it's really taken with g900, why the pics are only 3MP, I thought g900 has 5 MP |

Hi
Hi ares I know I should do a FW update but I just cant face all the mucking about and cant spare the time at the moment! I am busy learning Linux!OpenSUSE 10.3 and its rather good!
I have owned the ... T68i T610, P800, P900, P910, P990, W950, P1, W960 But SE have now totally lost the plot. |

Yes I want the G900, no doubt. Will wait and see when it's released what state the firmware is in however. I'm hopefull by now they are starting to get UIQ right. P1 was heaps better than P990. Hopefully the new touch interface won't bring too many new bugs

I like P1 also. Only reason I probably haven't looked at getting one yes is I already have a WM pda, and I'm waiting to see what G series brings.
I almost bought W960, but it had a few bugs at first release and now G series is looking closer to what I want (candybar, touchscreen, dpad)

likewise:) -candy bar,stylus+touchscreen+scribbling notes+document editing,candybar,dpad
i like the gseries because its compact and looks great (g900)
and i love how it has 5mp and document editor(big plus, and helpful for me with uni/tafe.
BUT the p5 is troubling me
..if it keeps to the size of the p1i or smaller and i like the looks - i will probably end up getting it lol

As for RAM, 128mb is pretty much standard these days so with UIQ3 it should work flawlessly. Unforunately low volume also comes standard in an SE device, so please don't put your hopes up in this department
