well, if wapping via GPRS is your problem, i would give a gander that this would most probably be with your service provider. most probably during peak hours, GPRS services are loaded.  |

@DSF: i dunno the differences in R4A and R4B... i'm not too sure which one is the final final update... i've read that updating to the latest software will give you longer standby/talktimes, fix speakerphone issues... anything else it fixes R520m fanatics?

hi there lads im considering r 520 as a backup unit im using my t68i conected to ipaq 3870 via !
what battery life do u get on ure r520 phones i have a n offer here in my country 110 euro second hand unit shoud i take it what do u think ?

I get about a week battery time. Very very very long hours of gprs included. About 5 or 6 each day.

2.5 days extensive use. 15 calls a day at 2min each 20-25 sms from me. Ab. Same back. Surfing about 5hr a day posting av 3-4 on esato. loading e-mail 4-5 times a day. And browsing the phone itself 15-20min a day. Using alarm and repeat several times. And using timer 3-4 times. This means the phone is in use a lot. I foot use ir or bt. If u ask me . Then buy!!! When it works its a superphone. ;-)

My operator doest have GRPS technology.
Aprox. 200000 people use the wap service.
I wanted to reply yesterday but the pages it didnt load, apeared a timedout error.:-[...
