To the question,how the protos left factory .... As I understood two /// employees right, it was a very relaxed job to work as designer for /// and it has been something like 'state of the art' to use the protos outside and show them to friends in clubs or on parties.

Therefor it was no problem to take them out of the factory and also not to give them back when closing the job.

Actually i'm using now bst batt with R380 and trying to charge the batt with multicharger. The phone was charged with ctr-10 about 10-15 min but with no result. Nov the dc voltage of the batt is appr. 3.24V. I'll try it a bit later, hope it's charging. I was using it about a day ago. :// then the phone switched off because of the low voltage. Hope the batt will work...

How should it?
It has no card-slot!

Or do you mean just MMS (without -c- )?

Thank God it's working! I think the phone has fully decharged it and when i tried to charge it, the batt behave like new one:-D.
I think i'll upload some pics of my app next week. I've called it R380 Enterprise Manager:-D. Well, it has a buggy AT Terminal and can do such a simple actions like requesting AT+CGSN. AT+ESYN=1 is still hard nut for me:-(.

@Boba what's sg? Phone works normal. If the batt will die, i wouldn't find other original one. Need to say that app does't work with Txx. So anyone has DRS-10 fos sale?

@kothor if it is, the only solution is to get a fone with batt, unfortunately even a new, boxed batt could have less power after so many years

@kothor:

There times wherein the battery connectors (5pins at the back of the phone) gain moisture or go dirty & this relatively affects the charging of each battery.

My suggestion is to get ultra fine sand paper & a clean rubber eraser (steadler ones are good) & gently glide it across the metal contact of both battery & connector terminals then it should work fine.

I used to do that to my units when they were still present

Also if a battery wont charge after 30 mins time, you could try the same thing and or alternatively remove & attach the battery while the charger is connected, this action gives a sudden flow of current to battery cells similar to how a person is shocked when his heartbeat fails.
