Oh. No non-veg food for me. 
I am vegetarian.  My fav food is green vegetables specially spinach. Good for eyes and overall health.

My eldest brother has been a vege for 15 years. I was for a few years & still now sometimes I take a break from eating any meat at all for a while.

 I sometimes do it going without meat as a detox in my system. I am a bit sensitive in my stomach & alot of meats play havoc with my insides so i never touch them. Chicken is the best for me or turkey.

Its not like that rikken. Even many western nutrients recommand to be vegetarian. It pures your mind and body.

Too much red meat can cause problems but everybody is different but i cannot tolerate much red meat if any at all. It is nice but i can't have it just white meat. Being vege i guess some people feel cleaner inside. My uncle Eugene in Ireland he was a vegan had no animal products whatsoever. Yet he died of liver failure. Go figure. I guess the body needs some animal products. Over here we have a soy based product called Korn. They make vegetarian food but it looks and tastes like meat. Some is nice but it does seem odd

The problem with vega-meat is that it's no meat. Why don't they give it a different taste? There are also burgers made of corn and beans that are really nice.

Agree thats some is nice and some is like chewing rubber. Ive gone to eating mostly veggie products myself over the last month but on occasion I do have a small amount of red meat. Also losing fat and building up more muscle recently along with increased cardio work. Gym 6 days 1 day rest. Non of the suppliment crap thats the easy way.
Getting broader but leaner B-)
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose  |

Oh veg food with meat taste. How they do that? Anyways it is not like being vegetarian causes no health problems but yes less problems are there.

This is only my thinking or perception. May be none of you agree with me. As we all get sick. Likewise dont chicken, fish, pork get sick?? People eat them with their sickness. Who is checking them. Although it is cooked. Do all germs get killed?? I am not against non-vegetarian diet. It is necessary for some reason. I myself eat eggs sometimes. But not beyond that. So you can say, i am eggiterian.

@ceaser. The non meat but kinda meat tasting stuff is made from Soya protien. Some is nice. Especially with cous cous, rice or noodles but some have a very bad rubbery texture.
@Bono. Korn are a heavy rock band. Used to like listening to their early stuff but after Life Is Peachy I got a bit fed up.
