Just push the string through the hook, pull it up and then pull the other side (the strap) through the pulled-up string.

HI

excuse me if i sound thick lol, but on my phone it is a sealed hole, and the string is in a loop, so if i push it through it will just come straight back out.

also do you mean with the battery cover on or off?

Do it with the battery cover on. It has to be the only way.

My earpiece has now died. Not very happy. Will have to re-brand back to orange else they may not fix!

The dead earpiece issue is indeed very weird. It seems to die only after a certain period of usage...

Well I'd had enough of the dodgy build quality. The rocking slider and shaky lens cover. The stupid buttons with no feedback and the no so good picture quality. I sold my C905. After waiting such a long time for it, it really wasn't good enough. So here I am, texting from the dark side. I have a Nokia N82

Sorry to hear that Marty, although I would have done the same with your phone, it sounded like a nightmare.

I'm so sick of the crap that seem to knock out at a high price. The C905 is no way worth the price, in terms of features and build quality.

I've loved for years, but right now I'm just really tired of them. The K850i started it for me. I waited months for that phone and it was a pile of steaming poo! Took it back after three days and went back to my K810i. Held onto that for another god knows how long, 8, 10 months maybe, waiting for the next big phone, while all the time other manufacturers were pumping out tons of great handsets.

And what do I get as a reward for loyalty? The C905!

My K850i broke down after years of SE's and had to sell it and go for a Samsung G600 as I had lost faith in SE and wanted to hold off until the next model. I was let down by the G600 the camera was the worst of the 5MP's. I also owned the N95 before the K850i which was far too big and the K850i still out performed it with the impressive flash.

Each model has been good in there own way. For me the K700i lacked much back then I remember 1MP phones which were better but I always liked the SE interface they offered more exclusive features like the
Music DJ mixer. SE have always had competition with some higher end features but SE offers more cutting edge.

The other 8MP phones are nice I was tempted but the flash on the LG Renoir is awful no way would I get a decent night picture with it plus touch screen technology is still unresponsive. Perhaps it's brand loyalty but when my C905 was getting repaired it would annoy me seeing other people's SE's. Even though I have other C905's seeing other SE's is good they are more edge over other models.

The C905 is the leader in design and has the best "camera" feel to it. Now my slider is fixed build quality is as good as any slider and materials wise it's superior to Samsungs. The small features like Wi-Fi, Face Detection, Xenon flash, games, TrackID, folders for music, customizable themes, google maps, smart contrast all put it above other phones for me.

I know other phones have some of these features but SE do it best.

hi, about the strap

how do you manage to put it on when the battery cover is on lol, i can do it now with it off, but obv then the cover wont go back on right.

but with the cover on, practically all the the metal loop is covered within the battery cover, making it near enough impossible to get the string through it. i think im seriously missing something here lol
