The K750i was and still is the best cameraphone for taking quick snapshot images IMO.
It was the only phone ive ever owned which took a great looking picture every single time without having to mess around with white balance.

I remember when the K750 was only just out and I hadn't had a chance to play with it yet. I was at a customer's site and saw a brand new K750 on some guys desk and I was so excited I picked it up and started playing with it straight away. The guy was a bit pissed off at some random stranger just picks up his phone and starts playing with it!

I was one of the first people i knew who had it. I got it by ordering it online before any shops got it in.
Plus because mine was sim free i didnt have to wait weeks for the networks to brand my friends into ruining them. Mine was always perfect from day one to the day i sold it to my friends dad - who subsequently destroyed it by dropping it many times and finishing it off with a bath in engine oil. He works in a motor garage you see.
Like i said, it was the first phone i owned which took such brilliant pictures every time. Not even my Satio can take such good pictures without having to spend vital moments judging the white balance and EV level to get the same quality or better with its bigger pixel count.

Yes, K750 did have excellent white balance judgement. However C905 is also quite good. I think of the C905 as the K750 of it's day in terms of camera. (However Satio has best flash yet...)

I dont really care about which has a better flash, just having a Xenon flash at all is better than just LED. Thats one area the K750i was pretty useless.
K750i also brought autofocus to the table with cameraphones, which meant all sorts of shots were possible including excellent quality macros.

Satio flash is exceptional, very strong, but also not too bright when the subject is close. Like you I was never too worried as long as it's xenon, but Satio has changed my mind. I like it a lot.
K750 led flash was good for a LED flash, much better than the xenon flash in the K800 which in my view was badly designed (was often either too bright, or not strong enough.) C905 flash was okay though, and Satio just brilliant.
I remember when I got the K750, people when in complete awe of the macro shots. In many cases it did better than cheap compacts. Even normal shots were extremely well focussed. K750 was way ahead of it's time. Compared to the N70, which is a smartphone no less, the K750 just wiped the floor with it.

I've been a K750i user for a day and it was a superb experience! I just don't care if the flash is a xenon since xenon can kill a phone's battery instantly.
Look at X10 Mini. Seeing the numbers in the shutter speed in EXIF data of every photo it gets was stunning. Far better than my Canon Ixus i5. Note that it only has LED flash.
