Some, though it appears to be fairly discreet.
At first, when I started the phone I thought I was locked into the horrid Orange today home screen and I was definitely going to get it reflashed. However, there is an option to disable it and have the SE one (much better).
Other than that, there are the usual links to Orange World, Music plus the screensavers - other than that Orange appears to have left the SE menus fairly intact. The menu icons themselves are orange but that's not a major for me. |

he he - their Retentions guys give such good deals, it's hard to change provider. And when you're on Premier, their CS is VERY good. Plus, i don't mind spending a little to have the software changed. And logos are very easily removed.

Ok, I've had this phone for a week and I'm very happy with it as a phone. The UI seems a bit boring after the iPhone like Masseur said. I've got the brown colour, there was a worry that the bottom part of the phone under keypad looked a different shade on all colours. But the brown colour looks perfectly even.
Phone
As a phone it works great, excellent build quality none of the cheap plastic feel. Very handy small size but keypad seems a little low down because the phone is thin. The keypad and dpad are very good. The UI is very fast and speeds through everything. It handles many java apps open at the same with no problems at all. Its also very fast in the file browser. No bugs seen after a weeks use.
Mp3 Player
I guess everyones used to Walkman 3 but IMO it doesnt make a good mp3 player. The play/pause is replaced by a fairly useless Walkman player. The difference for me is that I used to play and stop music without looking. Now it just opens up the Walkman player and only with the keypad unlocked. As for changing volume and tracks with the volume rocker, the lock for the back cover sticks out a little more so you end up pressing this instead sometimes. Sound quality is not bad IMO. Generally clear and bit of bass.
The fastport has been on the side for a while but this is my first phone with it. Its ridiculously stupid as a mp3 needs this for music. Its difficult to hold the phone because its low and not higher up.
Camera
The camera quality is ok in light, best in sunlight and poor in dark as per usual with mobile phone cameras. Theres no banding in the pics and the camera is also quite fast. I dont have the same green band in my pics as PK's photos show.
Overall a very good looking nice slim phone with a good spec for simple use. Could improve in ease of use as a mp3 player, which is suppose to be its key strength. The controls need to improve, mainly play/pause and the fastport needs to move to the bottom or top IMO.
