@judge & MaTh & Vlam : Yeah, i get that very often ... makes me  Wot seems to be the cause ? And the does the t310 have the same problem? 
@vlam, my mom said that if I do well, she will add the extra $$$ for me to buy the P810.  I amm sooooo happy !! But real hard work lies ahead of me ...  Engineering is tough sh*t !!

Woohoo! I take everything bad back i said about the 13s trick. 1st time i still had all the predefined stuff on my phone. But today i just tried it again, i planned on 5seconds but the house phone rang and freaked me out, so i ended up doing about 10s and no more. Turned on the phone and all the predefined tones, pics and themes were totally gone, i Had another 200k memory:-) the mms templates were still there tho:-( how long would i need to try to lose them? Some one post please i have more to post....

Thanks judge, but here's the killer info...all my downloade tones, pics and games, saved sms messages were still on the phone. The only thing i had to post was a wap profile, just the name and dns, all the dial ups and apn setup was still on the phone. So my total memory of all my stuff, free space and the mms templates that stayed is...660k i really want she of those templates as they're 130.

I have the same ammount of freespace but all the stuff I downloaded and sms all went away, I had to put it all back in again
@All, can anyone PLEASE e-mail me the original carmen poly tone that came with the T300 ? thanks

What is your battery performance? I've been having my T310 for a month now and since i can't put it down and use gprs a lot my personal record seems to be 1.5 days. My T39 performs far better in terms of battery life when using gprs but i don't use any other additional features on it. Another reason may be the fact that the T310 display probably uses more power than the one on the T39. So please let me know how much does your battery last and how much strain you put on the phone.

@sanj, unlucky dude. Did you manage to get rid ofthe mms temps? I had a bookmark with all the original poly's, it's a dead link now tho. Check se site. @judge, mines a T300 and i use gprs a lot, i get a day and a half also. Pretty sure he i wasn't on wap so much it'd double.

I own a T310 and have tried the 13s trick. The 3 default games displayed from the Games menu were grayed out, so I deleted all of them.
Then I did a normal Master Reset, everything came back as expected: ringtones, images, themes... except the 3 games. But, from the Memory Status, I can see that 210 KB are allocated to the games... BUT they are not really.
First, because I get 680 KB free right after a Master Reset, which is comfortable if I compare with other T310 users.
Second, because after transfering 3 files (of 10 KB or whatever) named as the original games (AceofSpades.mpn, Minigolf.mpn & THPS4SEur.mpn --> case sensitive!) back to the phone, the free memory decrease of their size AND the Memory Status indicates that the games are using... 30 KB now.
I come to the conclusion that there has been a problem with the phone's File System during the 13s trick! I think that the 3 original games's references (filenames & sizes) are restored to the FS after a Master Reset and the Memory Status simply shows wrong infos.
Am I the only one on earth to get that problem? If not, please share your point of vue on that and give your solution to fix it if there is one...

Judge, in over to the non xhtml and you'll be able to read it. As for your greyed out games, i had one. It still used the memory, i downloaded it again and it was fine. I just noticed that i actually lost 2 of my own tones and 2 of my pics. But my bookmarks were still here so i found them ok.

@BOSSHOGG If i didn't access the forum via wap 1.2.1 on a regular basis I probably wouldn't be able see 25% of all Esato posts. I'm seriously thinking of starting a suggestions thread.

Response to axrj : After my 13s trick, I had 676 kb free.
Everything was deleted even the mms templates.
I had also the the 3 games in grey mode.
I think that it shows that when we put the battery off, the GSM was busy to install the games and that can confirm your theory.
I could also delete the 3 grey games lines whithout saving more memory.

But have you tried a normal Master Reset (without removing the battery) after having deleted the 3 greyed out games from the Games menu? If yes, did they come back or not? If no... do you also have around 210 KB of used memory displayed from the Memory Status menu??

I want to do it again to see he i can lose the templates, but i really don't want to lord my settings or downloaded stuff, so i'll quick to what i've got, although 137 is enough space for another 2 games or buckets of tones and pics. Decisions decisions, what would you do?

I get about 1.5 days too ... I use tons of GPRS and like to listen to the polys for fun
Ps: I HATE goin on WAP 1.2.1 ..... we don't have all those shortcuts to view the posts there ... have to scroll like mad ... finger will suffer the day after .... hahah
