It's a load of ******** really - a marketing ploy. You have to recieve an invite from anyone who has a gmail account - when you join you get 50 invites. If you pm me an e-mail adress I'll send you one. It's just a link to an accoumt-creating site. |

E60 does have a better screen, but its quite small. N73 imo wins as far as screen is concerned. You cant go wrong with 2.4 inch!! |

imo e60 isnt that samll and if it comes to the qulity i rather go for a smaller screen with better resolution instead of a big screen with less quality.

@jack7777
Could you possibly explain a bit better what exactly is meant by it sucks, as i owned a N73 and never had any problem with sound unless of course you have the gimmicky 3d sound on as yes that does suck IMO.
Strangely enough i have just gone from using a M600 with HBH-DS970 bluetooth headphones on which i really liked the sound and thought the Music Player was very good. Back to my N93 with the AD-46 with mic and 3.5mm headphones socket and am using a pair of Sony MDR-EX71SL which admittedly are a nice set of headphones with Superior Bass and what Sony call premium sound although these are over a year old and the difference is staggering i thought i wanted A2DP added to the N93 i now know i don't as the sound via a wired headset is much richer and more detailed unless of course it's just a much better Music Player that is makeing the difference with the same quality of encoded music.

Even the quality of the nokia N73 music edition isn't that good compared to the W810. |

to be honest i dont really get that music edition on those n fones, nokia was never famous of sound quality, next to it a symbian fone is focused on more serious things like music imo

Hi all,
I have a news on the firmware update for the N93 Mike72 @My-Symbian posted the following update to the situation.
"N93 release V2.0 was first made available to the public on 16 October. We monitor update statistics and noticed an unacceptably high number of potential update failures being reported. This was also matched by a high number of posts in these boards about customers claiming to have problems and some ending up with devices which could not be switched on again.
These two factors meant our only option was to disable the product temporarily while investigations took place - that was on 3 November, and our investigations are still continuing. There are technical differences between updating using Nokia Software Updater and updating in a service point - the only problems are updating with NSU.
We are studying ways to rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner, and hope to be able to offer software updates for the N93 in early 2007.
We apologize for the inconvenience, frustration and disappointment caused. "
On reading this news i phoned my local Service Centre and at last they have the update for me so off my phone goes tomorrow and Yes i am excited and looking forward to the improvements especially the camera app not reverting to the front camera when you swivel the screen round. Will report further findings later along with a review of this awesome smart phone.
Marc
