Some changes I noticed in the new firmware R1BC002:
1) Pictures more clear in the dark with less noise (the best fix so far)
2) Joystick more responsive
3) KB converted to MB in the 'Phone Status'
4) Screen resolution more clear
5) Zoom capabilities have been restored in 1632x1224
Will keep on posting if I notice more changes. It's worth download if you have serious joystick issues. This firmware update will prove whether it's 100% hardware that's causing it.

i have w800 and tried updating but no go.
SEUS was automatically updated to SEUS II (the latest), and after selecting the language from the update app, i got "Start" and "Exit" button. Clicking on "Start" won't do anything but "Exit" button works.
I checked flash and i got the latest. My browser is IE 7 beta 2, i wonder if this is the issue.
i've done everything but there's no way to roll back IE 6 other than reinstalling windows.
i managed updating to R1AA008 without a hitch.... |

yeah, for some reason, i -think- my pictures and videos both look clearer and better. i'm not sure if it's true though, or if it's just my excitement of a new firmware taking advantage of my mind...
but the screen definitely looks nicer, and the speed of the phone, and everything else everyone has named |

So the K750i firmware has been updated, but not the w800? Sorry if it's been mentioned before.. but there's nothing about it on this page.. |

I agree with what you said, Minister....and USB file transfer issue seems to have been resolved as well....Still need to try it out for a few days to see if this firmware has fixes to past issues though.

Just updated my K750 into R1BC002 APAC_1. The panorama picture can be zoomed again,up to 8x-that's great. The previous F/W couldn't. Anyway,go to File manager-theme album-Eternal theme-set-go to Sony Ericsson-Info-OK-scroll down..YES,THE HIGHLIGHT IMAGE is still GONE. What a minor but crucial bug. SE missed this missing image bug..what do you think?

I think they read something about it here, which, if it's true, is a BIG plus for SE guys, thanks a lot for listening us, great
Regarding firmware and bluetooth transfer, there is not significant change, transfer is about 42-45KB/s peak.
I can't find anything else for now but I will compare pictures taken yesterday with previous fw with a new one and will post here any changes found ... |

I also have updated the firmware successfully. Unfortunately I managed to find a new bug:
In Calendar the appointments in Week view are now without color and might be hard to distinguis from the hour grid as only bottom and right side of the appointment has thicker "shadow line".
Am I the only one who lost the blue color in those blocks? |

I realised maybe this was depending on the Theme, original Wave, I had selected. So I went through the Themes list and checked the Week views. They were OK.
As I re-selected Wave and re-checked the Week view the blue color was there again. So far so good! |
