Oh, I forgot my Money goals:

5. Invest 50k in Stocks (I have already dropped 20k for Union Bank. Yippee!)
6. Keep my phone bills down
7. Keep my internet bills down
8. Keep my giving up
9. Sell little eBooks and databases to my subscribers

@Fellucci, welcome. Just be careful about what and where you post ko?

@All U Guys better re-consider Skype o.

The new version allows Instant Messaging and Video calls. But the best part is that it works even when Y! Messenger refuses to even load up! So all through this evening I was chatting with people even when the speed of the connection was very slow.

Another thing... I get 3 new buddies every night on the average because I am in "skype me" mode. U can search for people and get talking instantly. U can just be talking and you will just get a call from someone. The only drawback is the time-zones. Someone in China is in a talking mood (10 am) while it is 3 am in Naija.

But, if only to keep in touch when MTN GPRS messes up, skype is a good deal. Amby and Mamba, please download. I have missed our gists for 2 nights now.

I must have missed that. I'm running into him for the first time.

@felucci: Shey you hear. Thread softly and stick with the rules.

At last! my Sallah day project is finished.

It is an eBook titled: "Internet Browsing with your GSM Phone" -How to use your phone as a modem and browse the internet with your PC.

I need one of you to take a look and add stuff I may have missed out... especially if you have connected with Bluetooth or usb or serial data cable. I am weak in those areas.

So I want you to send me your comments after reading. It should take like 30 minutes to do all this. Plus, you get to keep the eBook free! (I intend to sell it for N1,000 to my subscribers and the Nigerians in Prodigits. Payable in recharge cards!)

PM me your email so I can send it down tonight.

[OK, OK,.. THE OFFER HAS CLOSED!!! No more PM's. I have gotten enough responses. Thanks]

@amby: Quite fast. Moving round Ikeja/Ogba today, I found and connected to 6 WiFi networks - all FREE! Just imagining that I have free internet access waiting for me makes me want to spend all my time at the office. Abrg, someone should set a WiFi hotspot at my residence!

wow, makes me wanna get one of those nokia bricks.
In the alternative Aya, you could move to Ikeja, that way you'll have free Wi Fi at home.

By the way, no one has commented on if the tip on Vmobile gprs worked for them.

Would have been the perfect solution, save that I just paid for a full year's rent late November 2005 Non-refundable, I can imagine

@amby: Incidentally, the regular vmobile WAP GPRS settings came back alive tonight and browsing is blazing fast as well. Could it be that the upgrade has been completed?
