I think
Dogo = C670X ,, we previously heard that Dogo will be like Yuga but with smaller Screen ..
Since the Z will be upgraded to Snapdragon 600 , so even Dogo will be upgraded .. |

With this C670 being the high end for 4.8 inch screen
I think Dogo would probably has the same spec but with 720 screen + 1GB, and become a mid range device for this summer

Is Sony planning on making many separate announcements this year for their devices? Is it possible they'll even announce devices at E3? |

A thin-film transistor (TFT) is a special kind of field-effect transistor made by depositing thin films of a semiconductor active layer as well as the dielectric layer and metallic contacts over a supporting substrate. A common substrate is glass, since the primary application of TFTs is in liquid crystal displays
TFT is not a screen type !!! I'm not referring to you but its annoying to see some idiots on GSMArena and other sites keep repeating " Sony uses crap TFT screens". There are 3 types of LCD panels mainly - TN, IPS and VA. All 3 use TFT as backplane.
Every single smartphone, laptop, monitor, TV uses TFT backplane. Even AMOLED can use TFT.

You got me wrong I meant their cheap eIPS not the whole panel
I mean Better IPs like super ips or something similar that improves viewing Angels |

If they at least start using the panels HTC's using I'd be very happy with the screen. |

From ZOMG:
C670x - 4.8" FHD, 2GB, IP57, ZL size, 13MP, SD600. Replaces Z/ZL end Q2.
Z/ZL will not be getting SD600 now. Sony are shifting to a whole new SKU for it and unifying the size/waterproofness of ZL and Z into one device. Honestly this is what they should have launched at CES.

Woah. Bloody nice. Which means the 2H flagship will be more than just unifying the Z/ZL designs/features and a better screen, camera and processor...
Enter the Samsung trolls who will now wet themselves in fear. |
