I am running XP and that folder doesn't exist. I have found the way of discovering where it is though. Click on 'My Bluetooth Places' icon. Then 'Bluetooth Exchange folder'. This can then be changed. I am still not able to send to that folder though. Weird.
Mobilet works ok.
Anyone know what I am talking about or have any ideas?

Hi all, quick question for you.
If I buy two MSI Bluetooth Key USB MS-6967 and put one in my laptop and one in my home PC will the laptop be able to share the internet connection on the home pc.
Will I be able to use the laptop upstairs and connect to the home pc downstairs.
How far apart can the two computers be?

@greamec
yes, you can share your internet connections using BT.
10m, more or less in open spaces, depends on other factors including interference caused by other equipment or walls/floors between areas.

Hello,
I have Bluetooth USB Adapter MDU-0001USB from LevelOne - http://212.223.15.152/produkte/katalog/index.cfm?rubrik=Bluetooth&menu=produkte&CFID=503375&CFTOKEN=49380464 with latest drivers 1.327 from WIDCOMM. It works with Nokia 3650 and Sony Ericsson T68i.
Can somebody compare these USB Adapter with one from MSI?
It's strange, that new drivers are not avaiable on LevelOne's page anymore...
Carpe Diem!

greamec,
I have 2 MSI Dongles, one for my home PC and one for the Laptop.
The Home PC is connected to a Router/Hub for internet acces.
I can connect to the Internet from the Laptop using a BT Network connection via the Desktop PC.
It took me some time getting the setting right as I'm not a networking expert. You would need to enable Connection sharing on the Desktop Internet Connection.
Also, if you have firewall software on the PCs, disable it temporarily while stting it up. Once you have it working, then you can try and make it work with the firewall.

Sent my Belkin dongle back and got the MSI today, works first time, been surfing with P800 Opera for hours now with no connection problems - got latest 1.3.2.7 drivers from MSI site first.
I got the connection dropping after 30 seconds until I started up the Sony Phone Monitor, once this has detected the bluetooth serial connection on com ports 4/5 the connection stays up.
Highly recommended so far and a lot less hassle and more stable than the Belkin/Tecom.

Folks, I'm having problems getting my MSI6967 to pair with my T68i. Can anyone help me out with suggestions of where the problem might be.
Tried.
#1 Phone initiates pairing with DELL laptop running W2K.
Pairing completes but Bluetooth neighborhood cannot find any services available on the phone.
#2. PC - DELL Laptop/W2K initiates pairing.
Phone appears in neighborhood. Pin entered for pairing and accepted on phone. Phone immediately responds pairing failed. PC timesout with message "Error in pairing device xyz. Reason: Timeout occured during pairing."
#3 PC - Desktop running WinXP.
Same as #2.
I wanted to try testing the MSI USB Bluetooth key so initiated pairing from my PC to the USB Headset. Pairing from Desktop WinXP or Laptop/Win2K succeeds and i can receive and record audio through the headset.
I have the MSK drivers v1.3.27 (bt49) installed along with the latest communications suite from the SE website Package1_1_5_4.exe
Anyone help me out on what else I can do to troubleshoot this? Do I have a faulty phone or have I just missed something in the setup.
Scott

@sgill
have you ever tried your BT devices with other setups? it's possible that one of them might be having some hardware problems.
