Try it because that's the proper UK Generic.
That's wrong, the default UK CDA for unbranded is 1209-4774.

I have just upgraded to the new firmware by changing the CDA on my phone...however, I'd really like to be able to change back to the default UK unbranded CDA as soon as possible with CDA 1209-4774. Does anyone know why this isn't available yet? Cheers.
Ryan, the proper UK one is the one i just posted and i can confirm it works. The one I have just used through SEUS is Generic United Kingdom 1214-7311. It has all the features inclusing the SMS thing.
1209-4774 is Generic Western Europe. The one i used above is Generic UK. Check here. The proper CDA List for C905:

Oh is there a difference between GENERIC UK and GENERIC WESTERN EUROPE? Also, is the iPlayer included in the UK generic one?

The iplayer is not on the generic uk one. All it is is the link bbc.co.uk/iplayer which should be stored in bookmarks. You can add it yourself using the browser. It works. |

Inaam is correct and the generic UK firmware has all features but is not branded. =)
Now, for my question; is there any way to get the text in the conversations window to not appear in green? I'd prefer the text to be black. Thanks !

I can confirm that the Generic UK one has all the features. There is no bbci player in media but it works by typing in bbc.co.uk/iplayer in your phone browser. SMS Conversations works fine. Ive just looked on DaVinci Team website and they have all different new firmware for the C905.
C905 R1DA030 CID52 - (10 items)
C905 R1DA032 CID52 - (117 items)
C905 R1DA034 CID52 - (8 items)
C905 R1DE001 CID52 - (4 items)

It's not to do with what you select at that screen, as that just dictates what language the program uses. It's to do with the CDA on the phone as to which region SEUS knows the phone is from. =)
