@dainesefreak: it wasn't just me then  I just can't hack gettin my hopes up and then being disappointed again. O2 are utterly useless in this respect, just so frustrating that there seems to be nobody who is able to tell us what exactly is going on.
Has anybody actually received a DHL tracking number or the actual phone yet through O2?
Does anybody know if the O2 high street stores will be/are stocking the phone?

basoost - I'm hoping that the same thing happens with this as it did with my 800. I ordered on a Thursday, had two days of "out of stock" emails then it arrived by the Monday. If it's not here by Friday I'm going to have to cancel as I'm off on holiday.  |

Finally got mine... Just setting it up, including BB Connect...
BB Connect now has wireless sync of contacts available, also seems as if its populating my inbox with the messages, older versions didnt do this...
Impressed by the look and feel... Will report back once i've got it going fully... |

I ordered it yest at 4pm, I didn't even know about the phone till checking the O2 website.
I gave them a call on the off chance that my contract was coming to an end, which it is 2nd Aug.
I'm surprised at how quickly it came, I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow morning to get to the DHL depot.

Sorry dude, I feel quite jammy as a few O2 customers seem to have had a bad experience with delivery.
Whenever I get a new phone from Sony they come in VERY quick, thought everybody had the same service.
Fingers crossed that yours will come quicker than normal.

Ok I've now got an email from O2 saying that my order has been dispatched and a DHL tracking number. I put the tracking number into the DHL site and it comes up as another order that was delivered 15/6/07 to someone in Stoke! I'm literally doing a cut and paste from the email so no chance of a typo on my behalf. I'm just hoping they recycle their numbers or there's a typo from O2. So I may be getting a phone or maybe not.  |

I almost wish I hadn't cancelled now.... have decided to wait for a week or two and then try again or maybe get one from a high street store.

basoost - might be worth another go today, mine seems to have gone through ok (so long as it doesn't end up in Stoke). You could always cancel again and use it as an excuse to have another shout at them if it doesn't. |

The same one you get with the K810i. Can't remember the number sorry, it's just the standard none walkman one.
Has anyone manager to get the album art working, I can't seem to get it to show.
