Anyone else can confirm this - there's a very slight rattle between the upper and lower body parts (at bottom right corner of upper part) when slider is open. Very horrible horrible deja vu of N95! Wk40 build. |

question about the mp3 software, is it possible to sort the songs after the date they have been added WITHOUT making a playlist?
I've not got an answer to that but I've got a similar query in that I want to just sort tracks by artist without having to create a playlist like I did with my w810. Does anyone out there have a way to do this? There are some improvements I like in the latest player version like skipping to a track by using letters, but the lack of a simple track sort is really getting on my nerves.
Also, when I try to make a playlist on the phone, it only looks at the directories on the phone's memory instead of the m2 card. There's no other detail in the manual apart from going to "media > music > playlist > new playlist > add music" so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
I really want to like this phone as I loved my w810, but this is the 2nd one I've had in a week (dodgy camera on the 1st) and I just feel like returning it right now because of some of the ways you have to jump through hoops to get things done. |

I'm having the same problems myself and it's really annoying. Anyone got any ideas?

Also, forgot to add this to my last post.
Why have a phone which has a major music playing function, and then put the headphone adaptor on the side and make it so big it won't fit in your pocket.
This is the first SE phone I've been very unimpressed with. My W800 and 850 were brilliant.
So far on this I've got albums in the wrong order, a daft shaped phone (with headphones), a gimmicky fast forward/rewind feature that is difficult to use as you have to hold a small button on the top. Also the Sense Me feature needs the Sony software which is rubbish.
I think Sony dropped the ball on this one, it looks good but the functionality lacks a lot.
Oh well..... Anyone want to buy a brand new W910i that has been played with for a few hours and still has the plastic on?

Anyone got problems with the call list?
It simply says "call lists empty" and closes.
Unfortunately SE support didnt know anything about this phone - or even if the OTA phone update had been removed.
Darren
I had this problem, had to take it back to the shop for a replacement.
Not willing to wait for a firmware update for this bug!
