Ok they files must be corrupt or something because i have reinstalled stuffit expander and still have the same error. Great two weeks to get and it doesn't work, just fab!

i need to record some stuff to my mac from my minidisc player..
i see my mac has a audio in port.. what sw can i use to record it??

um theres many you can use, I think garage band would work fine?

you should be able to record and save it as what you like, if not there is always audacity which is a free recording program

hi i dont know if this has been asked before but i have a macbook and so far has not let me down. but recently its been getting slow is there something apart from extra ram that i can do? maybe something like a defrag tool if its possible.

go to disk utilities and run the disk permisions repair on your drve, alos bump your ram to 1gb it will help

thats a user upgradable bit
while im here... my safari keeps crashing.. i was told to do a disk utils on it..
i run a verify disc and it wont let me do it.. says
Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit
WTF do i do?

hmmm try emptying the cashe and cookies etc, if that fails I have a safari manage that may fix it

Hi all
Any suggestions re encoding movies on my mac ( iBook G4 ) to watch on my P990 ?
Will isquint work ?
Are there any settings in particular I need to know about ? ( aspect ratios etc )
