@boba: What performance?

It comes with standart NiMh slim battery - 800mAh - 4,8Volt ... but hasn't been used for years - therefor I'm glad that I just got the battery revived for the pictures and a short test. Next days I've to train it again with MC6000 charger and charge/decharge it often.

@kothor: Looks like, indeed. But it is soft and each 'bobble' is seperate made (I think).

@tiger if u are lucky, the batt should give at least one day at normal usage. Guess the mem effect could help a bit and the usually draining of batt.

I do liked the deskcharger i used with 388, it has the auto drain option too. As i remember 337 and 388 had in the menu, no later models.

@619: For example I could, but it's a bit too expensive and rare to use it this way. This would be like using a R250s for playing soccer.

Hmm, bad example, because I have one R250s which I used soemtimes for playing soccer. Therefor I must think about another example.

MCxxxx Chargers

There have been almost three different MC chargers:

MC2000 - suitable for GA/GH/GF/PH 2xx and 3xx series

MC6000 - suitable for 6xx,8xx series

MC7000 - suitable for 7xx,T1x series

all MC-hargers have two slots for charging. First for charging the battery conneted to the phone and a second slot for charging a second battery.
Also the second charging-slot can train the battery with charging and de-charging function.

Why the difference is amazing?!

MC2000 <-> MC6000, MC7000
2xx and 3xx handsets have different connectors and batterys than 6xx,7xx,8xx handsets

MC6000 <-> MC7000
connectors of 6xx,8xx and 7xx,T1x are the same, but batterys are different. Therefor the battery-only slot MUST be different. Also the size of the bottom of the phones are different, therefor there are some plastics for fitting 6xx or 8xx phones, but 7xx doesn't fit. so they MUST have different desktop chargers.

I just updated my manuals section with some new ones:

CHA-30 chatpen manual (english) 812KB
CHA-30 chatpen whitepaper (english) 356KB
CHA-30 chatpen flyer (english) 75KB

And I can give you some new informations about CHA-30 development.
There has been developed a CHA-30 with PC-support enabled, but has never been released. Quite sad, just another item, that has been cut of before public release which has been a very nice feature.

Logitec made their own version of a chatpen for use on a PC. I will try to find pictures to see if it the same as the Ericsson one.
