just compared my screen to the latest xperia blog screen compare with Z1 F and I can confirm that my viewing angles are very similar to the Z1 F - definitely nothing like the Z1 they are showing on that blog (100%)
I will get a friend to take a picture with his phone and post it here when he emails it to me

Thanks matey - it wasn't such a big deal really, my research beforehand was to make sure I had all the parts I needed to complete the job, seals and gaskets and stuff like that, I've worked in electronics for 30 years, the Z1 is very well put together and not too difficult to dismantle as long as you take your time, I'm very pleased with the screen which was slightly worrying - I thought I had a good screen until I saw this one 
Anyway the next job is to dismantle it again (although not as far) give it a good clean and fit the adhesive gaskets on the bodywork to seal the phone up as it should be, I have every confidence it will be as good as new - I also ran the Diagnostics and everything is working fine |

So my Z1 screen has been acting up a lot since last day, at times I can't even use it, and no touch is accepted or registered and at times the screen goes bonkers and starts doing weird things like someone is pressing on it or using it when I haven't even touched it. 
Not sure why this is happening, I hope it is temporary and will be fixed with the next update, otherwise I will need a replacement or fix, and if it continues with a new phone, I may opt for a different device |

When will the Z1 Mini ever be produced? Is it too late for it to even debut?
Will it reportedly have the same 1080P HD Display, 20MP camera, lens and sensor and also will it have the 4.2" screen size?

it will have 720p 4.3 inch screen, basically the only difference between it and Z1

@moogoo. I know you don't want hear about the Z1 mini on this thread and rightly so but just one thing left about it, the new version of 4.3 for the Z1 and Z Ultra I have a sneaky feeling this with also make a showing on the Z1 mini bringing all 3 devices in line with each other bringing a camera update to the Z1 and Z1 mini and probably the same with the Z Ultra. We have been hearing for a while now about a major camera update for the Z1 so surely the Z1 mini will have the same from launch. This is all pure guess work but I think it kind of falls in line with the rumours we have been hearing for ages now.
