Gsmarena took it from :
http://dailymobile.se/2008/10[....]tures-sony-ericsson-xperia-x1/
there is no statement that x1 use 256MB RAM but GSMARENA just told you that there is someone has X1 but it's strange GSMARENA give a comment that it use 256MB RAM
and in this forum there is "trance" username..i think this guy is not from that website BUT a nickname...my reason is he said :
"in my opinion the phone is VERY slow. im just gonna use the phone A FEW DAYS and give it to a friend of mine, Didnt like the phone :/"
he posted at 2008-10-10 and that website posted at also 2008-10-10 but he said "im JUST GONNA USE THE PHONE A FEW DAYS" can anyone explain this problem? even there is no video from him to prove it that x1 is slow as he said because i want to know about that. i hope iam wrong and sorry if iam wrong..i thing make a nick name is easy.. |

You're all confusing yourselves. It's got 384 megabytes of RAM memory. The earliest prototypes had 128 megabytes of RAM, which was later upped to 256 MB of RAM and in the retail versions again upped to 384 MB.

Not too sure if this had been posted earlier but easycure @ xda-developers just got hold of the retail version.

Well, first of all, that's not a retail version. The ROM date is almost 1˝ month old. I suspect the early adapters have purchased non-finalized products without knowing so. The final version does come with 384 megs of RAM.

Mizzle; Are you implying there is 256 RAM + 128 VRAM thus equalling a total of 384 total?
I have no reason to doubt you since, in my opinion, you know more than 99.99% of the people on here!
