It's pretty quiet round here for a few days, is this the calm before the storm that will be the 8th May? I hope there is enough of an interesting announcement to create a storm of posts. |

I do... I think it's a very beautiful phone and I'm seriously considering getting one. After using my W800i this weekend at Queensday (the best day of the year in Holland hehee ) I noticed how much I miss a quick snapshooting phone! The N73 takes ages to be ready to take a picture and most of the time it comes out not how you wanted with radioactive like colors. Sofia would've been nice but it won't be out for a while so it seems. K810i might be something I want to get. The W800i's camera has given me so much joy the last 1,5 year that a K810i might be a good idea. |

My God! They sure are doing a good job of keeping Sofia under wraps aren't they?
Not even so much as a peek of the power button.

@PeterKay
It'd be nice to see Sofia, and if you post pics you may force SE to launch it faster
And very little updates this week. Certainly the calm before the storm on Tuesday:
- The P990 OS update is to fix a lot of issues, such as: the menu organization (consistency), overall speed (system resource management), and the various bugs.

Yeah, I'm really surprised. I'm sure the press kits have been readied and ditto for the display prototypes. Where are the spy pics? How come no leaks with just 4 days to go for the announcement? |

the announcement will be better than last one
but still, don't expect too much (i personally think it's not bad, not over the top though)
or if you're still pleasantly surprised eventually, then what's coming up after this will make you even merrier
the reason why Sofia is kept down so well is that it's a rather closed development team, not like the w880i where we have people flying in and out of the office everyday... and the most important thing is to keep those Chinese branches under a no-know status

So, I guess no Sofia, and no other big surprise. P700 and a few updates of the current phones. Also the usual assortments of bluetooth accessoires...and possibly an update of the sync software (to support Vista). Just me guessing... |
