Also I currently have a K800 and a Nokia 9300i would you recommened I replace my nokia 9300 with the P990 or M600... Your help and comments would be very highly appreciate |

I have used the sync with outlook 2002 and it works perfectly i think... I've set it to update the last changed object and delete the ones I delete on the phone in the computer and vice verse..
I synced about 300 contacts and about 100 calender-objects in a minute or two... It's fast enough I think.. (Via the stand with the USB)
Havn't tried to sync E-mail... If I need the mail on the phone I'll just get it from the POP3-server with wifi or GPRS/3G. (Have Outlook set to not delete the recived messages from the server in 7 days... )

Reading the posts for some time, it very much strikes me that you chaps that have already got your P990s have paid a premium price to be beta testers.
I'l be buying mine when it is all sorted but in the meantime I'd just like to thenk you all both from myself and on behalf of Sony Ericsson (I'm sure they'll never thank you themselves) for all the work that you are putting in and for paying for the privilege.

After months of waiting and being overcharged by Orange for my P910 , Was just about to buy when I saw the HTC . So am now waiting delivery for Vario from UKPhoneshop on webnwalk unlimited data. Shame as the P800 and P910 were great phones and I am sure the P990 will be even better but looks like competition has caught up.
Hopefully will spur SE to produce an even greater phone for delivery in 18 months when my contract comes up (inbuilt GPS - Terrestrial TV - Transporter etc) |

if you mean delivery report then yes, and you can set it for all messages, or on an individual message

Well actually they do have delivery reports its a check box on the next tab in the sms message page. But on a the mms you can set it from the message settings so you always get a reply that the recipient has recieved the message with out having to enable it everytime you send!
